Dear family and friends,
I want to say thank you for all of the well wishes and prayers that we have received either through email or on the phone. We are fine but it’s still a long, hard road to travel.
Here is an update for this week:
On Monday, we meet with the radiologist and then Noah had some surgery to have a feeding tube inserted in his abdomen. On Tuesday he was taught how to feed himself through the tube. Today we are going to meet with his surgeon for a couple of hours and then try to set a schedule for his major surgery. Thursday we will meet with a stomatologist and surgeon at UCSF to determine if Noah needs any dental surgery (ie; wisdom teeth removed). He may have had more than one appointment in different hospitals in different cities on the same day.

Noah is holding up well and still has his sense of humor. Larraine and I are tired but we still have enough in reserve to keep going.
Once we get a little settled, I will try to thank each and every one of you.
Much love and thanks,
Bob Nacamulli
Special note from Noah;
I will go over the radiologist, the surgeon, and the feeding tube later tonight (or early tomorrow).
